Tweaks for high speed Cable & DSL connections:

Type "about:config" in the address box and click Go.

Locate the 3 Preference Names shown in bold on the right and below. Right click each & set as follows:

network.http.pipelining -> Toggle to true

network.http.pipelining.maxrequests -> Modify it's value to 20

network.http.proxy.pipelining -> Toggle to true

Note: They won't be bolded until you change them.

Right click on a blank area and choose New->Integer.

Type in nglayout.initialpaint.delay and click OK

Type in 0 and click OK. (That's a zero)

It should look like this:

Close out of Firefox & restart Firefox for the settings to take effect.
